  • Return in France of Anselme d' Isalguier, noble Toulouse which would have lived with Gao after having married a princess Songhaï called Salou Casaïs. In 1413, the Jewish geographer majorquin Mecia de Villadestes draws a chart of Western Africa mentioning the town of Gao. Eight years later, the dolphin Charles in visit with Toulouse is looked after and cured by Ben Ali, doctor brought of Tombouctou by Salou Casaïs.
