  • the Khmer recognize the suzerainty of the Mongolian of China.
  • July 19th: Ala ED-DIN Muhammad Khiji is made proclaim sultan of Delhi after having assassinated his/her uncle Djahal AD-DIN and having drawn aside its nephews.

    • Ala ED-DIN is illustrated by its will to reinforce the kingdom. It conquers the Gujerat, the Mâlwa and the principalities Rajput.
    • Ala ED-DIN removes the feudal system established by the Moslems (system of the Iqtâ), based on the granting of stronghold in exchange of a military service.

  • February 8th: Assassination of the king of Poland Przemysl II at the instigation of the margrave of Brandebourg. Various applicants take advantage of their rights, but the large ones call the old adversary of the king, Vaclav II of Bohemia and Hungary, wire of Ottokar II Premyls, which marries the girl of Przemysl and is crowned king of Poland.
