- Türk iranized Khaldji Firuz Chah seizes the Sultanat of Delhi under the name of Djahal AD-DIN Khaldji (Khiji). It founds the Dynastie of Khaldjî (fine in 1320). It must initially face the opposition of the Ilbarîdes which rejoined the Hindu rajahs. Victorious, it treats them with magnanimity.
