125e regiment of infantry of line
The 125e Régiment of Infanterie of line (or 125e IH) is a regiment made up under the First Empire.
Creation and various denominations
- 1795 : creation of the 125e Half-brigade of battle , starting from the 1st battalion of the 67 {{E}} Regiment of Infantry, and of 11th and 12th battalions of volunteers of the formation of Orleans.
- 1796 :poured in the 34 {{E}} Half-Brigade of Infantry of Line
- 1810: creation 125e Regiment of Infantry of line starting from the 4th regiment of infantry and the 2nd battalion of the 7th regiment of infantry , of the kingdom of Holland, at the time of the annexation of this one.
- 1813 : dissolution
- 1914: At the mobilization, it sets up its regiment of reserve, the 325 {{E}} Régiment of Infantry
