1250 Rene-Lévesque

The 1250 Rene-Lévesque , also called the tower IBM, is the higher second Gratte-ciel of Montreal. It measures 199 Mètre S and with its antenna, it reaches 230,4  Mr. It has 47 stages and was built between 1988 and 1992 by the firm of architects Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF). This building, equipped with an architectural design “New Yorkean”, shelters offices of large companies such as IBM, Heenan Blaikie, Liquid air, Microsoft, Deutsche Bank, etc a center of restoration express train as of the luxurious conference rooms also form part of it.
