Töregene becomes regent of the Mongolian empire (1242 - 1246).
- Reign of Kara Hülegü, khan of Djaghataï (fine in 1246). Grandson of Djaghataï, it reigns under the supervision of his mother Ebuskune.

the general Baidju takes the command of the Mongolian troops in Iran based in the area of low the Koura (fine in 1256).

With died of Ögödei, the governor of the Khorasan Körguz is delivered by the military commanders to his adversary Kara Hülegü which makes it put at death. The regent Töregene load then Arghun Agha to manage the Khorasan and the Iraq.
