100BASE-T4
100Base-T4 Developed for the development of the Fast Ethernet 100BASE-T in extrapolation of the Ethernet (Standard IEEE).
Wiring 100Base-T4 can be used in topology star or in the form of linear bus., a maximum length of 100 meters between two equipment. Its support is the Twisted pair (4 pairs) of cable from category 3,4 or 5 not armor-plated. The standard recommends the use of the cable category 5. The standard recommends the limitation to 90 m of the cable between faceplates network and the equipment of interconnection to which they are connected to preserve 10 with connection between catches and connected material.
