Events

In spring, Sylla walk on Rome. The army marianist of Marius the Young person, based around Préneste, beaten with Sacriport, is forced to be locked up in the city. The marianists must evacuate Rome after having ordered news Proscriptions where succumb of many senators of the aristocratic party, of which the large pontiff C. Mucius Scaevola. Sylla does nothing but pass to Rome, then walk on the army of Papirius Carbo based with Clusium. After an undecided battle, Papirius Carbo flees in Africa.
an army of help, made up of Lucaniens and Samnites, under the command of Pontius Telesinus, is able to deliver Marius the Young person with Préneste. Pushed back in front of Préneste, it goes on Rome which it intends to surprise without defense. Sylla, informed in time, runs in all haste and is established in front of the Door Hill to cover the city.
{{1st}} - November 2nd: With the Battle of the Door Hill, Sylla which destroyed the partisans of Marius, takes the nickname of Felix (the Lucky one). The battle, committed the evening, lasts all during the night. In spite of the eagerness of the Samnites, Sylla gains a complete victory. A few days later, Marius the Young person kills himself in Préneste and the city capitulates. Sylla is Master of Rome and Italy.

Sertorius, one of the lieutenants of Marius, gains Spain after the victory of Sylla in Italy. It joins together an army quickly, but, beaten, must leave the country in -81.
