the Babylonian empire, under the reign of Nabuchodonosor II (605 - 562), conquers the Royaume of Juda and destroyed, with Jerusalem, the Jewish temple of the king Solomon. After the conquest, the Babylonian king decides to off-set the Jews and their king with Babylon, it follows the forced exile of the Jews.
- March 16th: Catch of Jerusalem by Nabuchodonosor II.
