China

• the legist Gongsun Yang, lord of Shang, former civil servant of Wei becomes chancellor of Xiao, duke of Qin. From -356 with -348, it makes adopt radical reforms (of which the possibility of buying and of selling arable lands, eliminating the old aristocracy) and joins together all the forces of the country to fight against Wei. He will be shown of treason in -338 with died of Xiao.

• Forty and one prefectures are instituted which cover all the territory of Qin. All the weight and measures of length are unified.
