Mesopotamy
- the king of Larsa Rîm-Sîn II is overcome by the king of Babylon Samsu-iluna in front of Kish. The prince of Eshnunna, which had supported it, is captured, brought in a yoke to strangled Babylon then. During this war, Samsu-iluna cuts down the walls of Ur, plunders and sets fire to the city and its temples. Uruk undergoes a similar fate, which gives to the Élam ites of Kutir-nahhunté I {{er}} the occasion to plunder the city and in particular to carry the statue of the goddess Inanna with Suse.
