  • Reign of Thoutmosis IV in Egypt (end in -1408).
    • the vizier Thoutmosis remains in function at the beginning of the reign.
    • Thoutmosis IV renews peace with the Mitanni. He marries the girl of Artatama, king of Mitanni, future mother of Aménophis IV, which takes the Egyptian name of Moutemouia.
  • the Egyptian Empire is stable. Thoutmosis IV undertakes however a campaign in Asia and a campaign in Nubie (year 8), as well as forwardings towards the the Sinai (year 4 and year 7). Syrian and Sudanese colonies, formed by the prisoners captured during these forwardings, are established close to Thèbes.
