Building of Toumba with Lefkandi (Eubée). This building with apse, on 14 meters broad, surrounded by a line of wood posts forming veranda, 50 meters length is the oldest appearance of the system Périptère which will be associated later with the plan of the Greek temple (-700). It is either about a princely residence in which the prince would have been buried after his death, or of a funerary building built in imitation of a princely residence (the building seems to have functioned only during one very short amount of time).
