The Astéroïde (719) Albert is a Astéroïde Amor, the second known after (433) Eros.
He was discovered by Johann Palisa the October 3rd 1911, but was then lost sight of the fact. He was found only in 2000, on data of Spacewatch. He had then been named 2000 JW8 . At the time, it was the last “lost” asteroid ((69230) Hermes was named only in 2003).
It is named Albert in the honor of the baron Albert Freiherr von Rothschild.
