む
む in Hiragana or ム in Katakana is two kana, characters Japanese, which represent same the more. They are marked and occupy the 33e place of their respective spelling-book, between み and め.
Origin
The hiragana む and the katakana ム come, via the Man' yōgana, of the Kanji 武 and 牟, respectively.
Romanisation
According to the systems of romanisation Hepburn, Kunrei and Nihon, む and ム romanisent themselves in “driven”.
Layout
The hiragana む is written in three features:- Milks horizontal.
- Milks vertical, forming a loop on the left with semi-course before setting out again with the vertical, then becoming horizontal with a small vertical hook at the end of the feature.
- Milks diagonal first feature on the right.
The katakana ム is written in two features:
- Milks diagonal, traced from right to left, then horizontal.
- Small feature tangeant at the end of the first feature in its medium.
