The Żubrówka (to pronounce/ʒub' rufka/or coarsely " joubrouvka") is a Polish Vodka. She is often regarded as one of vodkas of better quality. Its degree of alcohol is of 40%. Żubrówka wants to say vodka of bisons. Its celebrity is in particular due, in addition to her taste, with the bit of Herbe to the bisons which each bottle contains. This grass pushes in the Forêt of Białowieża.

Its color fair clearly and its atypical taste make a very appreciated vodka of it. She is ideally drunk pure and frozen, or lengthened Jus of apple (preferably coldly in a hurry).
