Œnothérapie
The œnothérapie is the Médecine by the Vin.
The wine is considered since Hippocrates, not only like the symbol of a civilization and an art of living, but also, by some, like a remedy, if not a philosophy of the life. It could used like a drug… because of minerals and of tannins which the wine contains. The theories explaining the French Paradoxe make it possible today to counterbalance the prevention policy against the risks due to the alcohol consumption. Policy which has in fact an impact on the economy of the sector.
Popular medicine claims that the wine must preserve its place within the framework of a preventive medicine, but it is only about the red wine, the wines white or rosy would not have any interest of the point of the sight of health. The consumption of one to two red wine glasses per day would ensure a real prevention.
For the Wine from champagne, cordially recommended by its promoters like antidepressant and anxiolytic, to see the champagne and health.
It will be noted that there is no service of œnothérapie in a hospital, that there is no teaching specialized in the universities and that the studies which leave are often ordered and analyzed by people having an interest in the wine sector.
