Łukasz Górnicki
Łukasz Górnicki (born in 1527 with Oświęcim (in German (Auschwitz ), in the south of the Poland - died the July 22nd 1603 with Lipniki, close to Tykocin) was a Polish writer 16th century, Humaniste, Poète and Politician, pertaining to a family of the Polish nobility, which was secretary and Chancelier king de Pologne Sigismond II Auguste ( Zygmunt II August ).

At the beginning of its book published in 1884, Raphaël Löwenfeld written: “Górnicki belongs to these Polish writers which one makes great praise but which is read little. ”Łukasz Górnicki wrote, inter alia:
- the noble man Polish ;
- the Polish crown ;
- the polono-Italian controversy ;
as well as other political work, historical and poetic.
