Ľudovít Štúr

Ľudovít Štúr , known at its time under the name of Ludevít Velislav Štúr (October 29th, 1815 - January 12th, 1856), was the chief of the national revival Slovak at the 19th century. He is the author of the modern Slovak standard language. He is represented on the Slovak tickets of 500 Sk.
