İrem Ayan (born the November 7th 1987 with Kadıköy district of Istanbul in Turkey) is a player of Hockey and member of the team of female Turkey as a center or left winger.

It is currently best the buteuse of the team of Turkey with 2 goals. It marked its goals against the team of Iceland and Croatia. It gained the price of the best player of the team of Turkey during the match against the Croatia with the championships of the world of Miercurea-Ciuc in Romania between on March 26th and the first April 2007.

Between the October 5th and 7th 2007, she played first tower of the Coupe of Europe of the clubs female champions with Martin, Slovakia. She marked in the name of Turkey the first goal of the history of the Cut of Europe of the clubs champions female and again gained the price of the best player of the team.

She plays for the team of the Police academy with Ankara. Moreover, it continues its higher learning with the Faculty of Arts, at the department of language and literature Frenchwomen, with the Université of Hacettepe.
