Öland

Öland (Latin Œlandia in and Œlande Francized) is large a calcareous island of the the Baltic, in the South-east of the Sweden and 6 km off the coasts. It is one of the 25 Swedish historical provinces, although it depends today on the Comté of Kalmar (in Swedish Kalmar län ). The island is connected to the continent by a famous bridge of 6100 Mr.
