Ögödei
Ögödei (" généreux" , Mongolian Ögöödei , of ög- : to give and - dei , suffix of derivation), third wire of Gengis Khan and its principal wife Börte, born towards 1189, and supreme second Khan of the Mongolian of 1227 to its death in 1241. It set up a system of relay of effective station in vast the Mongolian Empire. Its widow Töregene assumed the regency of 1241 with 1246, date of the election of their son Güyük, third supreme Khan of 1246 with 1248.
The widow of Güyük, Oghul Qaïmich assumed regency until in 1251, date where the supreme capacity passed to Mongka (reign 1251 - 1259) then to Khubilaï (reign 1260 - 1294), both wire of Tolui, the fourth and the last wire of Genghis Khan and Börte.
Ögödéides, whose stronghold was centered on the Mongolia, were completely isolated thereafter capacity.
