The éthylotest is the legal technique of evaluation of the blood alcohol content, in particular to establish the alcoholic Intoxication within the framework of Accident S of the road. The samples are appraised by forty Laboratoire S approved by the police courts. A dissatisfied person of the result of a breathalyser test can ask for a Contre-expertise.The éthylotest is based on the method " Rack-Delaunois" , become legal in 1959.
