Élie Faure
Élie Faure (Holy-Foy-the-Large, April 4th 1873 - Paris, 1937) is a historian of Art and an essay writer French.
He is the author of monumental a Histoire of the art which remains one of the references in this discipline. He is also the author of a multitude of works philosophico-histories including one on Napoleon, published in 1921.
