Élie Destrez , Born with Doumely on February 22nd, 1835, deceased with Rubigny on January 6th, 1890.

Doctor and mayor of Fraillicourt (the Ardennes), Élie Destrez, after having been internal with the Hospital, had been received officer of health to Rheims in 1860.
